Born and raised on Oklahoma soil, Justin Stalions graduated from the University of Oklahoma, earning his Master's Degree in Construction Business. Combining his business knowledge with a passion for serving others, he began his career in the roofing industry as an Insurance Adjuster with Farmers Insurance, where he spent three years helping homeowners navigate the claims process and restoring properties after storm damage.

Wanting to gain every aspect of the construction business, Justin joined one of the nation's leading roofing contractors and steadily advanced through nearly every level of the organization. Over the next several years, he served as a Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Field Supervisor, and Head of Supplements, developing extensive expertise in residential and commercial roofing, insurance restoration, project management, and customer service.

With more than 10 years of experience in the roofing and exterior restoration industry, Justin founded Stalions Construction with one mission:

To build a company that homeowners and businesses can trust—one that delivers exceptional craftsmanship, honest guidance, and lasting relationships.

Today, Justin leads Stalions Construction with a commitment to excellence in residential roofing, commercial roofing, siding, gutters, and roof coatings. Every project is approached with the same principles that have guided him throughout his career: integrity, accountability, quality, and putting the customer first.

In addition to leading the company, Justin is a Commercial Rated Pilot, allowing him to travel efficiently to projects across Oklahoma and neighboring states. This unique capability enables him to personally oversee operations, respond quickly after severe storms, and ensure customers receive the highest level of service wherever they are.
